The road to Destination “The Costal Land”
starts with a strong visual identity
The cooperation of the tourist organizations in the three Danish municipalities, Odder, Horsens and Hedensted is called Destination Kystlandet (The Costal Land). Kystlandet is a tourism and promotion company that attracts both locals and visitors to the beautiful area. The goal is to create a strong cooperative network between local businesses, associations, and the municipalities.

Challenge
The Coastal Land’s marketing team required a more structured and flexible use of their existing identity. The wish was for an easy-to-understand visual system to help communicate tone of voice, and graphics across platforms and media, both internally and externally.
Solution
One of our favorite disciplines is developing design guides for aspiring companies. This project was exactly just that. We created visual guidelines to ensure consistency and updated The Costal Land’s communication to better suit their vision and goals.
The scope of our work included everything from logo design, color palette, fonts, icons, merchandise, corporate design for strategic leaflets, letterhead and business cards, mail signature, social media content templates, poster templates, Go Cards and overall tone of voice.
We performed an audit on all existing marketing material keeping good ones while replacing others.
