The Job Task Force is a collaboration between Horsens Municipality, selected organizations, and several local business leaders. The collaboration ensures that Horsens’ strategic efforts become concrete actions in the labor market throughout the municipality. The focus is on inspiring companies to take social responsibility and develop new methods to get more people into the labor market.

Challenge
The Job Task Force had a wish of updating its overall visual identity and tone of voice. The ambition for an update was a gentler visual expression and new tone of voice in a more informal language and a framework for communicating to both companies and the individual person who is on the edge of the labor market.
Solution
Based on the strong messages and values from the Job Task Force, we developed a visual identity, tone of voice and campaign communication for the overall the Job Task Force communication and for the specific campaign “CSRPeople Mærket 2022”.
The ambition is to make a concrete impression on the community in Horsens and get everyone involved – for the benefit of the community, the companies, and the individual jobseeker.
Our focus was to have the human at the center of all three legs of communication – “on the edge”, “sickness absence and development” and “young people”.
Our color palette stems from the original green colors in the Job Task Force’s identity and is complemented by a new green, a gentle pink, and a clear white color.
We developed an organic font, easy to read and accessible in its expression.
For the identity, we have created icons, animation, posters, pylons, brochure and content for social media and website.
